The F-150 Lightning Platinum Black is an electric truck with a monochromatic appearance, merging the advanced technology and robust capabilities of the upscale Platinum trim variant with a distinct matte black wrap – marking the company’s inaugural application of a matte wrap on a production truck.

Ford’s available BlueCruise4 technology introduces innovative features for hands-free highway driving. This includes Lane Change Assist, enabling drivers to change lanes without using their hands by simply tapping the turn signal once the route is clear. Moreover, an enhanced towing setup experience is also available. The truck is designed to intelligently detect when a trailer is connected, prompting an automatic switch to tow haul drive mode. Once the trailer is disconnected, the truck seamlessly reverts to its previous drive mode setting.
